Details:

This machine was purchased about 5 years ago from a local Reno, NV home where it sat unused for a long time. It had a bad GI circuit and the person who owned it didn’t know how to fix it. It was a simple connector issue. The machine was made on 5/17/95.

Since then, I have updated the machine with a ColorDMD, and the very rare Motorized Tiger Saw Mod which really sets this machine apart from other TOM machines for sale. This mod required an updated EPROM to the latest code available that supports the motorized saw- version 1.4h. I also recently installed Comet LEDs along with the LCD OCD board to prevent LED flicker and provide proper dimming.

Machine plays 100% with no known issues.

The playfield is in good shape. The only playfield wear that I know of is near the trap door where some chipping has occurred, but it is minimal. (See pictures in gallery below.) A cliffy protector would cover this wear. Happy to install if desired. In addition, it was pointed out to me that the spirit ring insert has a defect in the upper corner. I have taken close-up pictures on these defects and had red arrows pointing to it. Happy to take detailed additional photos if needed.

The cabinet is in ok condition. The head has some missing chips from being moved in its 31 year life. Please see the detailed photos in the gallery with red arrows. Most of the cabinet defects are on the left side head where a large strip of decal is missing. Some of the dings have been touched up with black marker.

Decals appear to be original as does the glass. Lockbar is solid and original.

The eddy boards appear to be original and are fully operational. Hocus Pocus works great as does the Sprit Ring. Flippers are nice and strong. The flow is awesome on this machine.

The trunk encoder wheel (to tell the CPU where the trunk is located) has been replaced with an updated aluminum version. This will be the last wheel ever needed as the original plastic one cracks near the set pin.

In addition, latest v2.0 code has been installed and all of the usual “issues” with the machine have been checked/addressed. (One cap was found marginal and replaced on the CPU board.

Finally, the LED OCD board updated the matrix LEDs to a 240 Hz refresh rate to bring back the old-school look of the inserts while maintaining LED goodness.

Comes with an original service manual and coinbox.
